Qigong helps to increase stamina, flexibility, relaxation and overall quality of life. It is a chinese art using a series of gentle focused exercises for mind and body and can be performed in a standing or seated position.
Open to all cancer survivors and their caregivers. No fee required.

Nutrition Classes

2nd Tuesday of Each Month
Classes include information on how to manage appetite, taste changes, weight loss, and other nutritional side effects for patients actively on treatment.
4th Tuesday of Each Month
This session provides nutritional information to patients off of treatment seeking to decrease risks of developing or redeveloping cancer.
